This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations, dated 24.05.2019 and 05.04.2023, to fix the seniority in the cadre of Executive Officer (Grade-II) on par with his junior, viz., A.Dhanapal and pay arrears of benefits within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner based on the representations, dated 24.05.2019 and 05.04.2023 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
