When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that C.C.No.271 of 2019 is pending against the petitioner on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad.
