3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1067 of 2013 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
