ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.3.2015, seeking compassionate appointment to the petitioner instead of his mother.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted a representation dated 11.03.2015, seeking compassionate appointment to him, instead of his mother, on account of his father's death and the same has not seen any light so far. Having left with no other option the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
