ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.4384/2025 dated 13.03.2025.

2. Mr.S.Vishnuvardhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 12 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.4384 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025 is 2/3

modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before respondent - Police, weekly twice i.e., on every Sunday and Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
