Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5203 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023.
