[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.01.2024 made in W.P.(MD) No.22513 of 2017.

2. Mr.G.Kaleeswaran, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Municipality would furnish a copy of the photograph showing that the encroachments have already been removed in entirety. Thus, the order of this Court dated 22.01.2024 has been complied with.
