2.This Court went through the contents of the petition in Crl.M.P(MD).No.5450 of 2018 carefully. There is no case for cancellation of the anticipatory bail earlier granted on 02.04.2018. It is open to the petitioner to ask for registration of a fresh FIR if there is any cause of action.
