ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.89 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to previous motive, the defacto complainant foisted the complaint. The petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant using wooden log and caused head injury, for which, six stitches were put on his head. The first accused was arrested on 14.04.2024. and he is still in custody.

4. Considering the nature of injury sustained by the defacto complainant, this 2/3

Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
