RESPONDENTS This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to set aside the order passed in WP(MD) No.17807 of 2015 dated on 30.08.2017 which dismissed as default for due to non- prosecution of the case and restore the case in the above said Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records relevant to the impugned order in D.Dis.C3/5141/2010 dated 19.11.2014 passed by the

2nd respondent and the consequential order in D.Dis.C3/32757/2011 dated 02.07.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents Nos.2,5 & 6 to process the application for building plan and to grant planning permission to build concrete building for the existing prayer hall as a church in said premises comprised 32 cents in Survey No.857, 857/4, 857/5, 857/4B in Door No.87-D, Kanimadam, Anjugramam Post, Azhagappapuram, Anjugramam Village, Agasteeswaram, Kanyakumari District. ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.MURUGENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, MR.C.MARI CHELLIAH PRABHU, Additional Government Pleader for Respondents, this Court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit appended to this Petition and delay being acceptable, this petition is ordered, and the Writ Petition is restored to file.
