ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer O.P.No.106 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The learner Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having a six years old male child and she is not employed. Therefore, travelling from Sivagangai to Chengalpattu would be a difficult task for her.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent is having severe ailments, so he cannot travel to Sivakangai frequently. Hence, he opposed the transfer of the case. 4.However, after hearing the submissions of both the learned Counsels, this Court is of the considered opinion that O.P.No.106 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, may be transferred to Sub Court, Karaikudi. Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as stated supra. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
