The ground on which, the petitioner's request for electricity service connection came to be rejected is that the petitioner had not made the regular facilities of wiring and putting electric motor.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner had made facilities of wiring works and erection of a motor and that there is no impediment for the respondent to give electricity service connection.
