This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and direct the first respondent to take action against the Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Aruppukkottai.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.331 of 2017 was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
