PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.9/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 01.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 467, 468, 471, 472, 420 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.09 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody from 01.04.2022 and the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser of the land and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner/A1 along with the other accused created bogus document https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9510 of 2022 for obtaining loan of Rs.35,00,000/- (Rupees thirty five lakhs only). He would further submit that A4 to A6 were attestors of the document and they were released on bail. Some of the accused are absconding and investigation is not yet completed.

5. Considering the fact that huge sum of money is involved in this case and investigation is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
