This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 2nd Respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.117/2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the stipulated time. ORDER

This petition is filed seeking punishment upon the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1339 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021. 2.By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The contemnor is present in person. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and closure report was also filed before the concerned Court on 30.04.2021 and RCS notice also served upon the petitioner, which was pasted on the outdoor of the petitioner's residence. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

CONT.P(MD)No.860 of 2021 Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. The petitioner can workout her remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings. The respondent is discharged.
