This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned order of the second respondent passed in Na.Ka.A8/1983/2013 dated 10.03.2014, vide which it is stated that the resolutions which were cancelled earlier cannot be approved.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a direction is sought to the respondents to take action against the appointment of Panchayat Secretary who was appointed by the Panchayat President. Since the term of Panchayat President is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infrucuous. No costs.
