The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 herein from giving any permission to the fourth respondent herein to conduct any festival on 24.07.2018 or any other date at Sri Pillayar Kovil, Mariamman Kovil and Kaliamman Kovil situated at Middle Street, Kanmaipatti, Vempakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard Mr.A.R.Kannappan, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the parties concerned appeared for the Peace Committee Meeting before the Tahsildar. It is further submitted that the dispute among the parties have been resolved in the aforesaid Peace Committee Meeting and the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District in Na.Ka.No.A1/1785/2018 dated 23.07.2018 has also been placed before this Court.
4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
