*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to produce petitioner's wife Malarvizhi, W/o.K.Rajamanickam, aged about 25 years and his minor son Saravanan aged about 3 years, S/o.K.Rajamanickam, before this Court and set them at liberty.

along with minor son and of residing with her mother on her own volition. Such position has been informed to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
