This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 4th Respondent under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the petitioner, there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Based on the same, 3rd respondent called him frequently and interfering in the money dispute between them. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint of the 4th respondent, they have called the petitioner for enquiry and the same was closed. Again the 4th respondent has lodged another complaint as against the petitioner. Therefore, they have called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private 2/5

respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.According to the petitioner, the respondent police has harassed the petitioner and the same was denied by the 2nd respondent stating that they have called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent.

6.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this petition is closed.
