The scope of the Writ petition is limited whereby, the petitioner has invoked Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to celebrate Dr.Ambedkar's birthday scheduled to be held on 08.04.2015 in the Government Law College Auditorium, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the second year law college student and no one forget that Dr.Ambedkar is a national leader and also the father of the Constitution. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the same, the function be celebrated by the petitioner and others with the guidance of the Principal, Law College,

Madurai, the second respondent herein, without any deviation by the students. In this regard, we direct the respondents to consider representation dated 24.03.2015 given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders according to law on or before 06.04.2015. 5.The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
