ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition no. 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.No.2055 of 2026 dated 03.02.2026 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. He would further submit that the petitioners are in-laws and close relatives due to which they were unable to arrange the sureties, hence the present petition has been filed to modify the condition to produce common sureties.
3. So far as accepting common sureties is concerned it is for the Magistrate to decide the same on merits and on his own discretion, therefore the petitioner has to approach the concerned Magistrate. 2/4
