The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Revision petition as against the order dated 12.09.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No.2596 of 2016 in C.C.No.36 of 2015 by the Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate), Palani.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The case of the petitioner is that a case in C.C.No.36 of 2015 is pending against the petitioner before the Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate), Palani and the petitioner filed a petition under Section 315 Cr.P.C. for dispense with and the learned Judicial Magistrate allowed the petition on 01.09.2016 by imposing a condition to pay cost of Rs.750 to the respondent / complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on or before 09.09.2016. As the petitioner was unable to pay the

cost in time, the petition in Cr.M.P.No.2596 of 2016 was dismissed. Challenging the said dismissal order, this Criminal Revision petition is filed.

4.A perusal of the materials it is seen that the petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision petition without any valid ground. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court itself for extension of time to comply with the conditional order. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.is closed.
