ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.There is no representation for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, CSR No.148 of 2024 was registered, the respondent police has conducted enquiry and closed the same on 12.03.2024.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as the apprehension of arrest is unwarranted.
