ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify condition para No.5(b) imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) NO. 2036 of 2026, dated 24.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of offence and also the fact that the petitioner unable to mobilize the fund, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.252 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikanal at the time of producing surety.
