ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was conducted in CP.No.G5/977 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute is purely civil in nature and therefore, it was closed on 25.03.2021. Since the enquiry has been closed, the question of harassment does not arise.
