This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the information received under the Right to Information Act on the file of the second respondent.

2.On perusal of the records would reveal that the information which is under challenge in this Writ Petition was furnished in favour of one Abdul Hook. The petitioners are no way connected with the information furnished in favour of the said Abdul Hook. That apart, it is only information furnished by the second respondent and it cannot be challenged at any cost. In view of the above, this Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
