ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The prayer in the writ petition is to take action against the persons who are illegally formed road at Vaippar River for 3 KM stretch near to V.Vadapatti Village, Tuticorin District.
2. Though the petitioner has sought for the relief as above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 17.04.2014 submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the first respondent.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, we direct the District Collector, Tuticorin, first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2014 on its own merit and in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to deal with the matter on its own merit as per law.
