ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2) (a), 4(1),4(2)(c) of Immoral Traffic (prevention) Act, 1956 r/w. 379 of IPC in Crime No.486 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the one Syed Ahamed lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that on 06.04.2023 at about 11.15 pm., when he was drinking tea, a lady by name Ajitha introduced herself to the complainant that she is running a massage centre and she has five girls and if the complainant wants to have fun with the girls he has to pay Rs.1000/- to Rs.3000/-, hence the case 3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

No.7211 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioner is running a massage centre and five victims were secured from the massage centre, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
