ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.06.2018.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and during enquiry, both the parties have appeared for enquiry and requested the respondent police not to take further action. Recording the said request, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed. A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
