This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property of Cosmos Fitness Centre, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 10.08.2020.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that upon receipt of the representation, dated 10.08.2020, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in current enquiry No.R4/1069/31683/2020 and the same is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police. Further, if necessary, the 2nd respondent Police is ready to give necessary police protection to the petitioner, as per the Decree and Judgment passed in O.S.No.499 of 2019, by the learned District Munsif, Madurai City. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
