Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SHENBAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4018 of 2022, dated 21.04.2022.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
