(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The prayer in the writ petition is addressed against the President, the third respondent herein.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the Revenue Officials are trying to issue a patta in favour of the third respondent, whereas, the land belongs to the Government for other uses. We find no cause to issue any direction in Public Interest Llitigation, except observing that the Tahsildar or District Collector, competent authority as the case may be, shall look into the grievance of the petitioner if any and deal with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter in accordance with law.
