Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of suspension dated 10.04.2020 vide Proc.No. 649/A1/2020 of the 1st respondent and do hereby quash the same in terms of G.O.Ms.No.304 dated 17.06.2020 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to place the petitioner with continuity in service with all attendant benefits.
