ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.678 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, through E-filing No.4788/2022. So, the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to process the above said final report. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
