The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the case lodged against the petitioner is pending with the respondent police and if the petitioner co-operates for enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent will proceed in accordance with law. He further submitted that the petitioner's husband has also involved in Crime No.121 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(b) of NDPS Act.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after receiving summons, the petitioner will appear before the respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
