RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order of this Honble Court in Crl.OP.No.8783 of 2022 by order dt.5/5/2022 for execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25000, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8783 of 2022 on 05.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to summer vacation, the petitioner could not able to appear before V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai. Hence, he seeks modification.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of Mahila Court, Madurai and the petitioner shall report before the Mahila Court, Madurai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
