Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the HMOP No. 12 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Melur, Madurai District.

O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 12 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Melur, Madurai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in the case being transferred to Madurai. He would further submit that the matter may be transferred to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai which is dealing with matrimonial matters. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, HMOP No.

12 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Devakottai and transferred to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai for disposal as per law. The Sub Court, Devakottai, is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai forthwith. The III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose transferred HMOP No.12 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
