For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.321 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.321 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused waylaid the de-facto complainant and demanded Rs.500/-, when he refused to give the money, the petitioner and other accused said to have attacked the de-facto complainant with weapons and caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases, out of which, one for the offence under Section 302 of IPC. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that this is the second anticipatory bail application and the petitioner herein is the notorious rowdy elements, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
