ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22477 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022. 2.This Court has directed the Joint Commissioner to dispose of O.A.No.44 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Eventhough time was stipulated for two months, the respondent has passed the order beyond the period of time prescribed by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner is alleging disobedience. Rightly or wrongly, the respondent has passed an order. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this contempt petition. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the Joint Commissioner, if so advised.
