This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police had registered an FIR in Crime No.407 of 2019. Hence the respondent police had called the petitioner for conducting enquiry. Further, he stated that he had obtained anticipatory bail in the year 2019 itself.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and conduct an enquiry within eight weeks and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the investigation.
