Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to transfer the investigation pertaining to Crime No. 446 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other police who is competent to investigate the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to 1/4

transfer the investigation pertaining to Crime No. 446 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other police, who is competent to investigate the case.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already this case has been transferred and the same is under investigation by the new investigating officer, namely, Mr.C.Nallasivam, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Marthandam Sub Division. Therefore, the transfer of investigation will not arise in this case.

3. Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
