ORDER
The petitioner in G.W.O.P.No.36 of 2015, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his execution petition filed in E.P.No.1 of 2025. 1/3
2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, he has filed the above said petition seeking custody of his two minor sons from the respondent's wife. The application was allowed on 19.11.2018. The wife has filed C.M.A.(MD)No.17 of 2019, before this Court and the same was also dismissed on 24.10.2024. Thereafter, the father has filed E.P.No.1 of 2025. 3.Considering the fact that it relates to the custody of the minor children and the order in G.W.O.P.No.36 of 2015, has already been confirmed by the High Court, the Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.1 of 2025, on or before 31.08.2025.
4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
