ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 and 120(B) in Crime No.80 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.In this case, the investigation is substantially over. The petitioner is not figuring in the F.I.R. The petitioner is not having any previous case. Hence, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur.

(iii) The petitioner shall not abscond.
