Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2015 and sanction all death benefits viz., pension and other benefits in view of death of the Petitioner's husband M.Kalaiselvan, who died on 23.11.2013 while in service with respondents 1 and 2. O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.01.2015 and sanction all death benefits viz., pension and other benefits in view of death of my husband viz.,M.Kalaiselvan, who died on 23.11.2013 while in service.

2.Since the relief sought in the Writ petition is against the Railways, the Writ petition is not maintainable. The appropriate forum is Central Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, as per notification No.32. 3.Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
