This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to instruct the third and fourth respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondent police, on the basis of the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. He further submitted that the allegation of harassment at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the hands of the respondent police is not correct and the same was denied and he has produced a copy of the closure report. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
