ORDER

The petitioner sent a representation dated 02.07.2018 to the second respondent, claiming salary for the period from 16.08.1995 to 01.06.2003, as Secondary Grade Teacher. Such representation has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
