ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2015 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 30.01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
