Respondent/ Respondent/ Complainant Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 438 r/w 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, order dated 11.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1608 of 2022 directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., for a period of 30 days. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide order dated 11.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1608 of 2022, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., for a period of 30 days.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 25.04.2022, regularly without fail. He would further submit that since the petitioners have to travel 70 km to report before the respondent police, they could not able to attend their job. Hence, they prayed for relaxation.

No.9516 of 2022 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 25.04.2022, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.2 imposed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide order dated 11.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1608 of 2022.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
