RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH CRL MP'S Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an ORDER OF MODIFICATION, to modify the condition made in the order dt 11/05/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7767 & 7778 of 2022, whereby the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for two weeks to that effect that to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur daily for the remaining period.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.7767 and 7778 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 by permitting the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.
