ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge to dispose of the case in C.C.No.381 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime is of the year 2012, C.C is of the year 2021 and so far, the above said trial process is not completed and the summon has not been served upon the accused persons.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, let the summon serve upon the accused persons. There shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the trial process in C.C.No.381 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
